This place is absolutely amazing. The prices are so cheap for such a good product. The frappes look exactly like the posters/pictures it's truly shocking and they are absolutely delicious. Breaks my heart they might be closing soon
Our family had just left Activate right around the corner and were looking for a sweet treat when we stumbled upon this place. It was quiet on a Saturday night and was just what we needed to wind down. They have an extensive menu for all preferences. The service was fantastic and had a great time overall. I highly recommend if you're looking for something different than just a basic ice cream shop.

You know when you go to a restaurant and you see the pictures on the menu and think to yourself "it's probably not going to look exactly like that, but if it's close it will be amazing!" No need to go through that here because everything comes out EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED and everything I've tried is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My family and I find ourselves going out of our way to run errands just to be close enough to say "Chugar Frappe is sooo close, might as well drop by and say hi!" ...just to order one of their amazing frappes and baked treats! We've tried almost everything, but my favorite is the "Parcha Colada" (passion fruit mixed with piña colada!) Food, service, cleanliness, and parking are all amazing!

So far so good. Today seeing that it's brisk out I went with a hot matcha and it has me all warmed up. Can't wait for a nice warm Carolina day to come and try one of the frozen treats!
Very friendly greeting from warm staff . Employees were bilingual (Spanish/english) and it was nice to see the Mexican and Puerto Rican flags on display. It was crowded visited on a Sunday afternoon, and there was standing room only due to many families visiting . Lots of choices here, from chocolatey sweets to fruity, to cheesecake to sweet mini pancakes . It was a yummy treat that I recommend trying, and it's pretty close to Costco so can be a nice beverage to enjoy while shopping
I stopped by on Saturday, 02-10-24 to get dessert to go with dinner. I loved the decor. It took a minute before I was acknowledged as there was a couple ahead of me. That gave me time to take pictures. The menu is extensive. I ordered the vanilla & caramel. The young lady serving me was helpful with explaining the menu. I was torn between passion fruit and strawberry cheesecake. I don't need the calories, but I'm looking forward to returning when it's hot outside.
